Each faculty member\u2019s position in this cycle can be modified by a required <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/instruction.austincc.edu\/accfacultyevalmanual\/appendix-1-performance-improvement-plan\/\"><b><i>Performance Improvement Plan<\/i><\/b><\/a><b> or according to departmental needs. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Special case:<\/strong> <\/em>Full-time faculty in their first 3 years at the college will submit materials after the spring semester; those reviews will take place and be
